Achievements:

  • Part of the working committee to introduce the registration of REN Programme at BOARD level.
  • Expanded MASPEX to Johor and Penang.
  • Embarked on a nationwide exercise to train Real Estate Negotiators for certification for BOVAEA. Created history by conducting 42 NRS classes and trained 11,000 Negotiators.
  • Launched MIEA Youth.
  • Successfully worked with the BOARD to increase the number or RENs per Real Estate Agent from 20 to 30.
  • Reorganised the Education & Training Department and raised RM2.1 million in revenue.
  • Purchased MIEA Johor Secretariat Office & Training Center.
  • Opened MIEA Penang Secretariat Office & Training Center.
  • Opened MIEA Sarawak Secretariat Office & Training Center.
  • Signed MOU with PropertyGuru offering special listing packages for membership.
  • Acquired one floor office lot at 3 Two Square for education and training.
  • Revived MIEA Perak Branch.
  • Education trip to Real Estate Institue of Victoria, Australia (REIV) and signed MOU with the largest Real Estate organisation in Australia.
  • Awarded Estate Agent of the year (2015) by BOVAEA.
