Practice Experience:
Cik Norhafizah Binti Mohd Yusop graduated from International Islamic University of Malaysia in August 2008 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in December 2009.
Prior to admission to the Bar, she read in chambers under the guidance of Encik Sallehuddin Bin Jaafar of Messrs. Salleh & Co. Whilst with the Firm, she gained extensive exposure in conveyancing and commercial banking transaction.
Cik Norhafizah also has the experience in handling ship financing registered in Malaysia and also Singapore. She has experience in corporate sector when she joined a Public Listed Company in 2010 as Legal Advisor. During her stint with Theta Edge Berhad, she has gained valuable knowledge in commercial and corporate work.
In May 2011, Cik Norhafizah returned to legal profession and joined Messrs. Tan, Norizan & Associates as a Partner.
To-date, she is entrusted to handle the Firm’s real estate works specializing in bank’s security documents both conventional and Islamic laws and also sale and purchase transaction for private individuals and corporations. Apart from the above, Cik Norhafizah also conducts hearing before various courts in cases pertaining to insurance, goods sold and delivered and industrial related matters.
