KOTA KINABALU: Award winning real estate agency, Property Hub (Sabah) Sdn Bhd won the Sabah Real Estate Firm of the Year award for the fourth consecutive time in 2020.
The award winners were announced during the annual National Real Estate Awards (NREA) virtual event to recognise the luminaries among real estate agents, negotiators and practitioners that was held by Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA).
MIEA is the recognised body representing all registered estate agents in Malaysia since the 1970s.
MIEA Sabah state branch presented the awards to Property Hub at Marriott Hotel Kota Kinabalu during the Firm’s 2021 Kickoff on January 6, 2021.
Besides winning the prestigious award four times in a row, Property Hub also produced a winner for the National Rookie Real Estate Negotiator of the Year in 2019 as well as six other MIEA award achievers in the past five years.
This string of achievements reflect the firm’s strong willpower in battling the wavering property market due to the Covid-19 pandemic, as the CEO and director of Property Hub, Enoch Khoo said, “Despite last year’s uncertainties, we strive to thrive in 2021.”
“While most real estate agencies focus on recruitment, we focus on quality over quantity and in improving our real estate negotiators knowledge and customer service as we build fundamentals for our people so that they are ready to weather any challenges ahead.”
The event at Marriot Hotel was graced by MIEA Sabah chairperson Mary Yu together with Victor Wong (immediate past chairman) and Henry Tai (MIEA Sabah committee member).
