The Malaysia Secondary and Primary Property Exhibition (Maspex 2018) will be offering more than 1,000 properties by 25 exhibitors across all property types and price brackets for interested buyers.
Organised by the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA), a national body representing real estate practitioners in Malaysia, the three-day event beginning Sept 28 will be held at Starling Mall in Damansara Utama, Selangor.
President Eric Lim (picture) said Maspex 2018 is the only property exhibition in Malaysia to showcase a wide variety of properties in the secondary market alongside primary properties, both new and completed.
“We are organising Maspex 2018 to address the challenges in the Malaysian property market by sharing MIEA’s extensive property knowledge and best practices to help all Malaysians find their dream home or next investment,” he said in a statement yesterday.
He said visitors can also seek advice on navigating the challenging real estate market from real estate agents and negotiators at the event.
He added that MIEA will also host talks on topics ranging firm real estate investments to dealing with agents.
The organising chairman of the Klang Valley edition of Maspex 2018, Zamzuri Kamarudin, said the exhibition is expected to attract 20,000 visitors due to its diverse array of property types and prices. — Bernama
