In line with MIEA’S efforts to add value to our membership, we have collaborated with Maybank to develop a programme which we believe will be of benefit to members.

This programme gives us the opportunity to forward our listings to Maybank’s Private Banking Clients. A standard template has been agreed upon and all members need to do is to fill out the templates with their listings and forward it to MIEA’s Secretariat. The Secretariat then forwards your template to Maybank for their dissemination to their Private Banking Clients.

This programme has been developed EXCLUSIVELY for MIEA’s members and their negotiators. AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY FREE OF CHARGE.

Please be advised that properties forwarded to the Secretariat will need to meet the following criteria:

1. Sales value of the properties of at least RM 700K and above.
2. The properties need to be of good investment value. (ROI and Prime Locations)
3. Only Residential and Commercial properties will be considered.
4. Only properties submitted in the specified template will be forwarded to Maybank.
5. Watermarks, if any, on the photos of those properties MUST be removed.
6. Contact numbers of the respective sales person needs to be included, as the bank requires the enquiries to be dealt with directly with the listing agent.
