I hereby agree to sign up and attend the above mentioned Continuous Development Programme (CDP) organised by MIEA. I understand that by attending this course, I will be awarded with a certificate of attendance issued by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEPM) and the responsibility of obtaining the renewal of my REN Tag for 2024 is in the hands of my firm with whom I am employed.

I agree to pay MIEA the sum of RM100.00 (being the administrative fee) in the event I request for a change of the date of the CDP class without producing a valid MC (issued in my name and for the period coinciding with the said CDP class) from a certified medical practitioner.
